Alien plant eradication and farm land rehabilitation. Goat Army Africa is a unit of boer goats trained to kill and destroy alien plant life wherever they roam.

The Goat Army Africa uses Boer goats in the eradication of alien vegetation. In this cohesive relationship between handler and herd the destruction on aliens is controlled, organic, substantial and sustainable. The process is as follows. By means of eating the Goat Army open up pathways through the dense undergrowth, giving the handler access to the larger tree trunks. The handler fells the tree giving the goats access to the canopy. The felled and leaf stripped trees now exposes the build up alien seedbed to sunlight causing a mass germination of alien saplings, that swiftly gets annihilated by the army. Once the alien seedbed has been significantly depleted new indigenous plants can be reintroduced by adding seeds to the goats food, who in turn gladly deposits the seeds in tiny compost manure pellets during their final clean up graze. The Goat Army’s aim is simply to stop the aggressive alien invasion on our indigenous Flora. Protecting our diminishing natural water reserves and minimizing the risk of massive veld fires reeking havoc on vast areas of land overgrown by alien vegetation. Taking nothing but monocultures, leaving nothing but diversity.

Goat Army Africa lives and breaths the soldiers life. In a 365 day a year battle for nature conservation and rehabilitation only the strong survive and the weak perish by dawn.
At it's core Goat Army Africa is dedicated to nature conservation and preservation and as a consequence breed out weakness over time. Many soldiers have and many still will fall in the name of protecting and serving mother nature. In the wake of these fallen hero’s we will build a legacy of supreme Boer Goat genetics over time.
